We do not run a large portfolio. Each residence below is one we know door by door, and the listing tells you what is actually on the corner.

Ground floor on a pedestrian street, with a small courtyard you can sit in. Opens straight onto the market on Tuesday and Sunday.

A compact studio in a 1930s building with lift access and a concierge. Best suited to one person staying a while.
13e — Gobelins

Two bedrooms off a quiet courtyard, with a separate work room. Take the RER C from the station two minutes away.
10e — Jaurès
Canal Saint-Martin Loft
Sleeps : 4
Top-floor loft in a former workshop, high windows, original joists. Walking distance to the canal and the Saturday market.
14e — Parc de Montsouris
Parc Montsouris Side
Sleeps : 3
A quiet two-room flat facing the park side of the street. No through traffic, and the metro is four minutes on foot.
How a booking works
Three messages, one confirmation
There is no checkout on this site. You tell us the dates, the number of people and how many nights; we come back with what is free, the rate and the deposit. The flat is held for 48 hours while you decide.
You write
The enquiry form, or a plain email if that is easier. Dates, number of guests, number of nights — that is genuinely all we need to start.
We check and reply
Usually the same working day. You get the residences that are free, the total rate including bills, and the deposit terms in plain figures.
You confirm, we prepare
A written confirmation with arrival details, wifi, and the name of the person who will meet the flat. Linen is ready before you arrive.
