Who we are

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we keep the details you give us: your name, email address, telephone number if you provide it, the dates and length of your intended stay, and anything you write in the message field. We do not collect payment details — there is no card form on this site.

Why we keep it

To answer your enquiry, to check whether a residence is free for your dates, and to arrange the stay if you go ahead. If you become a guest, we keep your arrival details for the duration of the stay and delete them within twelve months afterwards unless a legal obligation says otherwise.

Who else sees it

Nobody, unless we are legally required to disclose something. We do not sell data, and we do not pass it to advertising networks.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie to remember whether you accepted or refused the notice you saw on arrival. It contains the word accept or reject and nothing else. There is no tracking, no profiling and no third-party cookie on these pages.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@joymann.org and we will answer within a working day.
