Joymann was set up for a narrow problem. There is a gap between a hotel night and a home — a month in Paris where you need somewhere that sleeps properly, works properly and does not cost the same as a hotel plus a kitchen you cannot use.
The company is registered in England and Wales, and the people who run it are in Paris. Both statements are true at once, and we would rather say so plainly than bury it.
We keep the portfolio small on purpose. Nine flats is enough to know all of them properly, and small enough that when someone calls on a Sunday, it is one of us who picks up.
