Who we are
Joymann Limited is registered in England and Wales (No. 11472860). Registered office in the United Kingdom. Local office: 14 rue de Charonne, 75011 Paris, France.
What this site does
We introduce furnished residences in and around Paris and take enquiries about them. We do not take bookings online and we do not take payment on this site. Every stay is arranged by email or telephone with a named member of our team.
How a booking works
You send us your dates, the number of guests and the number of nights. We reply with what is available, the total rate including bills, and the deposit terms. The residence is held for forty-eight hours while you decide. Nothing is confirmed until you have replied in writing.
Rates and what they include
The rate covers the residence, electricity, water, heating, internet, weekly cleaning and linen. City tax, where applicable, is charged separately and shown before you confirm. Stays of four weeks or longer are quoted at a reduced rate.
Cancellation
Cancel free of charge up to fourteen days before arrival. Between fourteen and seven days, one night’s rate is charged. Within seven days of arrival, the full amount is charged unless the residence is unavailable through a fault of ours, in which case we refund in full.
Your responsibilities
No smoking in any residence. Parties are limited to the number of guests stated in the booking. Pets are considered on request. We ask that you report damage early rather than at check-out, because that is the only way it can be dealt with fairly.
If something goes wrong
Report it as soon as you can. For anything urgent during a stay, use the telephone number on this site — it reaches a person. We will either fix it that day or tell you plainly what we can do and by when.
Liability
We are responsible for the residence meeting its description and for anything we promise in writing. We are not liable for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen at the time of booking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the courts of England and Wales.
